The best thing to do is to determine your calorie needs. Then increase them by 3500 calories extra per week. Every 3500 calories that your body does not burn off through exercise and normal daily function stays on your body in fat stores.
Best not to just eat a bunch of high calorie carbs that have little nutritional value as you need to maintain body heath as well.
Try eating like every three hours and gradually increase portion size. Eat from all food groups, proteins are great as they help build healthy muscles!
If you are good at math here is a formula that can help to determine how many calories you need to at the weight you desire. If you eat that many calories day and don't over do the exercise you should reach your goal. You will need to convert kg to pounds by multipling by 2.2
Add to the number 665
your goal weight in pounds X 4.3
then add your hieght in inches X 4.7
Subtract from theat total you age X 4.7
This is the formual for woman only.

For most people, seems easy to put on weight. But for us with fast metabolism I know is very hard. I try to gain weight by eating a lot but that doesn't help at all. My metabolism burns everything in minutes, it seems. I tried shakes, eggs, bacon, ice cream, pizza, pasta etc.
One thing that really seemed to work was to eat right before bed. I gained a little bit of weight but I had to stop doing that because it was giving me nightmares...
