I was talking to my fiance recently and he said something about that he thinks we are having trouble getting pregnant with #2 because I am no longer on my oral medication for type 2 diabetes. I've never heard of this though. Does anyone know if there is a link between non treated diabetes and pregnancy?

I have Type II - not on meds. I controlled my diet for 6 months before trying to get pregnant. I'm on the South Beach.
