If you have some space, I suggest renting a bouncy-castle. Let's face it, no one ever grows out of them. They're hilarious.
I know the probability of you actually choosing to do this is ridiculously small (read: nonexistent), but I love bouncy-castles, so I just thought I'd mention it.

Go by the store on your way home tonight and pick up some party tray of different foods. Invite some friends over and play some music. Open up your house, all the windows and the doors and have some neighbors over too. Introduce new friends to old ones and just have some fun.
You could even throw some burgers and hot dogs on the grill.
It's your day, have a blast.

Um, my answer would depend on how old you are! Party games differ between adult and children! Sorry I couldn't be more help with the info you provided!
Do what ever makes you the happiest (as long as it is safe for you and others), it is your birthday, and we only get that once a year!

Have a pyjama party,have a few drinks then go out to the pubs,done it a couple of times,had a good laugh,even when my pyjamas got set alight,(ciggie dropped from mouth),you could even wear rollers in hair for dramatic effect.And you have to wear slippers,I wore my doggy ones,Pat and Shona,named after my neighbours.

Happy Birthday dude! Good for you for planning your own birthday party. My brother does the same thing and I think its funny. He even buys his own cake. But people come over. Whereas, I don't mention it and know one shows up. So, I say, go out and buy yourself a cake and call some friends, even if they are lame *** friends and toot your your horn!

Treat yourself to a night at a strip joint, get a lap dance, get drunk maybe find a cutie to take home...lol who know!!! We don't know what your intrests are, just do what is fun for you, surround yourself with people you like (make sure they are in a good mood or they could bring you down:) ) Just have fun, and if you do go out and drink don't drive!!!
