Any CPAs?? Would you definitely recommend doing audit hours?

If you've done your audit experience, would you definitely recommend a CPA candidate to do audit hours? What are the benefits according to you? Please help, undecided. Thanks!

I would highly recommend it. It is beneficial to see things from another perspective.

I believe you are still required to have so many work hours in auditing with a CPA firm to have a CPA license (the hours can be obtained either before or after passing the exam).

Check with www.aicpa.org or www.cpa-exam.org for the requirements to see if that's changed.
