do you want to be contacted by phone, fax, pager, letter, e-mail??? What form of communication would you like to be used to contact you.

They simply want the phone number (cell or home) which would be the best way to contact you if they want to set up an interview.
Most people put their cell phone numbers because they always have it with them. Unfortunately the down side to that is if you're driving and they call wanting you to come in for an interview..you can't write down the time and date while driving (unless of course you can pull over). Home phone's the best especially if you have answering maching/voice mail

Today's technology is not a tool anymore, but it is a mean of living . People have email address, cell phone, fax phone, text messages. I usually give my cell phone number , because I will get the call where ever I'm at, so I don't miss out on the call.
