My mobile turned off suddenly, now its not turning on?

My mobile 'hung' while dialling a number. I switched it off. Now its not turning on again.
Nokia 3315 is the model I own.

sounds like cingular to me.

had many problems with my nokia -

1. try charging the battery back up without turning it on.
2. take the battery out, put it back in, try turning it on.
3. maybe you are not in a good service area.
4. maybe your carrier is changing towers or something.
5. bill paid???
6. call you carrier (from a pay phone), explain the problem, see what they say.
7. if it continues, call the warranty dept for your phone, explain that you keep having problems and want a new phone and are not willing to pay the $50 deductible.

it is hard to remember life without cell phones, but they can be such a hassle. i have been through 5 phones this year alone. you would think with all the technology they have these days that a $300 phone would work at least until the first bill comes in.

Is the battary fully loaded? If you recently got the phone, or are under warranty call your service provider for a replacement phone. If not, then *still* call your service provider to work out an arrangement.

My phone does the same thing when the battery gets too low. Try charging it up.

Try taking the battery out and then putting it back in.

I think it's the battery. Either drained, or may need to be replaced.

if its realy hang so..just check its battry..than remove its battry n change it.if its not worrkin still so dafinatly problem in hardware or software...dont worrie...just go to nokia dealer n thay guide u nicely..best luck.

Maybe the battery is dead. Have you tried charging it?
