The pcm (powertrain control module) is ether under the right hand side kick panel or under right hand side plastic shroud in engine compartment near passenger front tire, if I remember correctly.

players can handle PCM, AC3 and MP2, but DTS requires a decoder or a decoding player. Also, all titles on a DVD need to have at least one PCM or AC3 track on it; you cannot just have an MP2 or DTS track (although an exception for MP2 is provided if your disc is PAL; I have no idea why they designed it this way). This makes MP2 unuseable for the purposes of the DAP (unless they cheat and "hide" a 64kbps empty AC3 file, but that would be pointless). The quality is also lousy. PCM is also unuseable, as it doesn't get smaller than 1536 kbps; this would effectively tack on a gig to the DVD. With any luck, another freeware encoder or a fixed BeSweet will be available soon.
