It could be a number of things, SDT, ingrown hair from shaving, tumor, pimple, boil. The only way you can really know is to get it checked out.

Does it look like a big a pimple? If so, you may have herpes. For now, you should NOT engage in sexual intercourse with anyone, regardless of whether you think it's herpes. It may be something totally unrelated, but you shouldn't take any chances on this one -- see a doctor and have it checked out.

Dont waste time, go see your doctor and get it checked out. If you are active sexually, it could be an STD, could be veneral warts, or could be an infected hair folicle.
But the most important thing is, its not normal so go see the doctor and then you will know for sure.

Could it possibly be an ingrown hair? If it's nothing like that I would suggest seeing a doctor it could be something else that you need to clear up with some meds.

Sometimes the sweat glands get clogged. That could be what it is, but you should definately visit your gynecologist ASAP just in case.

if it's near the pubic region it's probably just a hair bump but if it's closer to your labia it could be herpes or HPV (genital warts). You need to go to your gyn.

could be a boil go see ur dr get it checked out ... if its a boil they can get very very sore
