Everytime im on my comp after a while i get this annoyin message say somethings busy. when i click retry it just appears back again! what is it? and what can i do to stop it?

Try getting the task manager up ctrl-alt-del and see in the processes what is working that shouldn't be or do a sytem restore in the help and support bit if yiur running XP
