It keeps me from going crazy. Talking to yourself is OK, just don't start having full-length two-way conversations with yourself. Then, there's a problem. :)

I talk to myself all the time. You're only crazy if you start answering back.

Since I work in a law firm, hearing myself talk makes more sense than some of these people I work with!

if it means we're crazy then i am as crazy as can be but i think it helps keep us from going crazy and also from saying things to people we really shouldn't say.

I talk to myself when it's not disturbing anyone as well as to keep my cool in certain situations, i.e option 2
