You could look on Ebay or just ask around and see if anyone you know has a Verizon phone for sale. Or if you have equipment protection in your plan you can get another through you phone company.

If you were paying insurance on his phone, then you can return it and get one of equal or lesser value. There is usually a $50 deductible that's payable.

Otherwise, you can go to any Verizon dealer or Verizon store to buy one. You can even call Verizon directly and order it through them. This is how I do it for T-mobile, and they just add it to my monthly bill.

You can buy a Verizon phone from any Verizon retailer, look in the mall, or you can go online to the Verizon site and buy one there.
