and it has a tremolo arm, tremolo bridge and what appears to be two allen keys. There's a little screw hole thing or something by the bridge. How do i properly attach it, and how do i use it?

Most tremolo arms are srew fixed some of them are the ones you just push in and thats it, if your giutar is an Ibanez, Jackson, Peavey to name just a few that uses floating tremolo bridge then the allen at both sides of the bridge is to adjust the height of the bridge which in turn has an effect on the distance between the fretboard and the strings, i advised you not to adjust the height unless you very sure you will get the right height measurement..you use the trem arm by pushing it down or pulling it up, if your guitar is a fender squire then pushing it down is okay but you cannot pull it up since there is no space underneath the bridge, releasing it after pushing it down bring the strings back, it is not as versatile as a floating trem bridge wherein pulling it up brings the notes higher then pushing it down lowers the notes

From what i have seen there are two different types of tremolo attachments. 1st - the screw in type, this is where on the end of your tremolo arm has threads and it will screw into the hole that is located by your bridge.
2nd - the quick release, the end of your tremolo will have a groove or something similar. this is similar to attaching an airhose to a compressor. On the guitar by the bridge you should be able to grab the fitting and pull up at the same time insert your tremolo arm and once inserted release the fitting locking the tremolo in place.
Of course I could be full of crap but, give it a try.

Allen keys... not sure. If your guitar has a floating bridge they may be used to adjust the bridge, tighten/loosen the locking nuts, or even to release the saddles so you can fix new strings. It's difficult to say for certain without seeing the guitar.
Previous answers are correct - the tremelo arm usually just screws in. But unless you're planning on lots of crazy soloing you'll probably forget that it's there before long. Most guitarists manage perfectly well without one.
As for how to use the tremelo arm... Well, try striking a note or chord, and while the note's still audible bend the arm toward the guitar body or away from it, or try 'wobbling' it. If you're doing it right you should see the entire bridge move, and you'll hear the pitch of the note change.

The tremolo arm is a screw in type normally, and the two allen screws are there to adjust the height of the bridge. If yours is not a very expensive type of guitar, i would suggest you forget about the tremolo arm, as every time you use it , the tuning tends to go out a bit.......my person opinion, i don't like them, and i am a pro rock lead guitarist.

Tremolo arms usally just screw directly into the bridge. You shouldn't have to attach anything alse.
