I would think Silly PUtty would come out with water...Most things made for children, clean up with soap and water....Good Luck

Rub peanut butter on it.
Then throw the shirt away and buy a new one.
And stop playing (or anyone you know playing) with Silly Putty unless you don't mind ruined things - the clue is in the name.

silly putty is mostly made up of glue and starch so i would freeze it then scrape all that you can off then soak the skirt in hot water to dissolve the rest that doesn't come out. because what doesn't come out is dry glue it takes about 1 1/2 days soaking till it gets out. and good luck!

freeze shirt and silly putty take it of then its easy.

Freeze it. Rub an ice cube over it until it's hardened, then scrape it off. then wash it using the warmest temp. the shirt allows. Good luck!

Put the shirt in the freezer. When it freezes, you should be able to take it right off.

Call a dry cleaner, they know all of that stuff.
