iam tired of asking this question again and again........will someone please give an useful answer? i completely adore this guy.i mean iam hopelessly in love with him for the past 2 and a half years. i feel obssesed with him.but,he's already got a girlfriend. i told him that i like him, he said that he likes me too but it would be wrong to dump the other girl for me,and that he doesn't want to hurt her.but he says "i dont wanna hurt u either,i dont know wat to do"........... we just knew each other,not such great friends....why does he care about my feelings? and, i really like him a lot[and,i dont wanna be a *****],what should i do? should i call him up for the last time and give him my new number and ask him to call me when he's single again?or,should i not do it? why or why not?i can't help feeling sad over him,how do i ward off this unhappiness?
please give me some kind and HELPFUL answers.....and,if you are gonna critisise me then get lost,find someone else.

It does listen like that he is using"i don`t wanna dump my girlfriend,i don`t wanna hurt her feelings"as an excuse to not be rude to you by telling you straight up he don`t wanna leave his girlfriend.
You are so much in love with this guy for so long and i do understand that you just can`t let it go that easy ,because with telling you he likes you too,you always hope.
But he seem to forget that he does hurt you because you are in love with him, he has not left his girlfriend but he still give you somehow hope .
It is not easy to not hold on to that hope he still gives you but how long you wanna hold on as long you holding on your heart is not ready to meet somebody new and you never know who you can meet.
OK this is what i would do set your mind on giving it one more chance and then moving on.
You had a good idea ask him if he wants your number for a later time when he is single again.
then mebay you can move on.
If not him you will find somebody that loves you the same way you love that somebody.
Everything is ment to be.......if it doesn`t work out there is someone out there for u!!!!!!!!!
Sometimes it helps to remember only the bad things its easier to forget and move on.

First of all, he probably only likes you as a friend with potential benefits...in other words, if he loved you, he'd drop the other girl and be with you...the boy is trying to figure out if he can have sex without getting caught and if it's really worth it in the first place; 2 1/2 years....he's not interested....just likes the fact that someone else is showing him attention....find another "amore", this one is doing nothing for you....

I think the best thing to do is let him go. You can't change him; only he can change himself and it would be wrong for you to get caught in a love triangle.

I know this is kinda cliche but, if its meant to be, it will happen. but if its not meant to be, dont worry about it, because that means that you are supposed to find someone better and someone who perfectly suits you. just give it time and dont worry.

That is so sad. my advise, if he doesn't want you, GET SOMEONE ELSE!!!!! or you can tell him to call you when he is single again but that could take a while.
