I've had trouble with acne for much of my life. I've spent tons of money on over the counter products, copays for office visits and dermatologist products. I've even had chemical peels done as well as used the horrible drug, Accutane, which I would NEVER recommend!!
The best products I have found are available through Nutrimetics by Avalla. The products are naturally based. Nutrimetics offers highly effective and economical products that contain no cheap fillers, harsh chemicals or petro-chemicals (e.g., mineral oil, drying alcohols, or animal by-products).
The best thing is to use a whole line of skin care. I recommend their Heritage Line or their Clear Skin line. The products that truly made a huge difference are the Mineral Masque which contains natural clay and Nutri-Rich Oil. The Mineral Masque shrunk the size of my pores and would shrink a zit overnight. The Nutri-Rich OIl helped to get rid of the acne scars I had as well as moisturize my face. (Yes, even if you have oily skin you need to use a moisturizer.) Use a pea sized amount every night before bed. This product also works great on dry elbows, dry heels, cuts, burns, scars, as a skin softener in the bath, protects your hair from dryness from a blow dryer, helps cuticles....I could go on and on. This product will last about 10 months if you are only using a 1/2 pea to a pea sized amount once a day. It is worth its weight in gold!!

Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions. I'd be happy to help!
Good luck to you!

DO NOT PICK AT THEM!!!!! they will leave a scar!1 a dermatoligist or faialist can remove them or try these remedies:Spread Elmers Glue or them(i know it sounds weird but try it)let it dry and and peel it off. The black heads should peel it off. They come off if they're not to deep.head for the druug store and get some Biore Pore Strips or an exfoliating scrub

Wash your face at least three times a day (you can switch to two times a day when you get your impurities under control) using any cleanser that has at least 2% salic. acid in it. Make sure you use products for your skin type (i.e., oily, dry, or combo).
Don't pick pimples, and keep your face clean, which means lay off the make-up for awhile.
Good Luck!

Medication attention by a Dermatologist. He can most of the time stop acne if that is a condition. He has different medications that he will use both topical, and by mouth.

ok...start up eating extra healthy...eat like 2 cups of uncooked culmination and vegetables at each and every meal...start up having a shower each and every morning, and positioned on mineral make-ups (google it while you're uncertain what it is) it quite is 10x extra desirable on your face then different make-ups...additionally I used to get quite undesirable zits and then i began out to drink great food in my smoothie each and every morning and understand I purely get zits on quite uncommon activities...its not very stable, in spite of the undeniable fact that it quite works!
