Yes, Troy Smith is the best in college at the moment. As far as the 3rd answer on this post. Tell that to the 100+ experts that are ranking Ohio State number 1.

I still think Troy Smith is too inconsistent to be considered the best college QB. Dwyane Jarrett is the best WR too. Ginn is good, but he's not even the best receiver on the team from what I've seen. Sure he's a deep threat, but he's not the best all around receiver. Gonzalez is better than him.

Troy Smith is the best college QB in the nation right now! Ted Ginn Jr. is the best WR! They are both heisman candidates this year. In the end they will be fighting it out for the heisman. Ohio state is number 1 and they will stay that way. They will win the national championship this year!

I don't know if he is the best QB he looks like he is the best beause he is on the best team but as an individual he is one of the best I don't know if he is the best
Brady Quinn is a little overratted I want to see him really take over against a team with good defense he puts up big numbers against bad schools
and I think Drew Stanton, and drew tate are just as good as smith and Quinn
Ginn is not the best WR he is the most exiting but he still has alot to learn to become a complete WR anyone who knows football knows that but he has the most potential seeing that in highschool he played QB and DB and is doing so well at WR but right now calvin johnson is the best Wr

Troy Smith for sure is the best QB, Ginn is the most feared deep threat speed demon type receiver. There are better posection receivers. GO BUCKS !

Troy Smith is the best Q.B. in college, because of his great passing skills, and his other special skill...running. As far as T. Ginn being the best wide-recceiver in the country, I would have to say no, hes' not even the best wide-recceiver on his team.

Troy is the best QB, but Tedd is a Heisman prospect because he is a threat at receiver and punt returner. There are better receivers (only) than Tedd.
