Try L'Oreal since it is manufactured under L'Oreal which also creates Lancome's amazing mascaras... I love Voluminous. Some people use Maybelline's Great Lash.... But if you have very fine lashes, try Great Lash instead.

Whichever one you do choose to buy, wipe the mascara wand with a tissue and apply light coats... Applying more at the base than the tip, and starting from your outer lashes are surefire ways to make your investment in mascara truly worth every cent.

Use a eyelash curler on dry lashes and then dust lightly with baby powder (you can always whisk away excess off of you makeup) then apply one coat of mascara from base to tip. Touch up if you want more length. Keep the application light and you won't get a clumpy look.

eyelash curler...then 2 coats of any half way decent mascara...maybaline or even cover girl. let the mascara dry between coats. a touch of matching eyeliner at the very base of the lashes just a touch and ONLY at the base not raccoon eyes ...makes em stick out miles.

Any mascara works well. The key is to use an eyelash curler. Personally, I take mine and blow hot air on it with the hairdryer first. It makes your lashes stay curled longer. Then I put the mascara on.

well the best mascara that i have ever used was the marykay the ultimate mascara thats what its called you have to get a hold of the m.k people but its worth it! ok so you want noticeable lashes well dust them with like powder foundation and curl them before or after or both. then your all set but if you curl them after you'll probobly get like them clumped a little bit so you get a saftey pin or needle and you go from the roots of your eyelashes and seperate them!!!!

I think loreal paris is a good mascara brand and it's pretty inexpensive.
Look for the one that will extend your lashes and make them dramatic and long.

You can also dye your eyelashes. Beauty shops will do it for you, but they will do a skin test first to make sure you aren't allergic to the dye.
I prefer this way myself because I've never found a mascara yet that doesn't make my eyelashes look too hard and spikey.

Well my mom goes to a spa ....and their they usually have eyebrow waxers and eyelash curlers. There are people who do a temporary eyelash curl...for your eyes. They give your eyelashes a perky curl to them. My mom recommends it to people all the time. What it is, is that they are curled so all you have to do is curl them once in the morning and go with out mascara. Its very efficient and saves time!!

buy mascara with two wands one white and one black. if you apply the white coat and then the black on top of it it makes your lashes really long and dark or you could buy an eyelash curler and use that
