IV'E BEEN WEIGHTIN THE SAME WEIGHT FOR THE PAST 6-8 YRS AND BEEN WONDERING SINCE I HAVE A HIGH METABOLISM WILL I EVER GAIN A LITTLE MORE WEIGHT SINCE I ONLY WEIGHT 102LBS?? ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL HELP.

Well u haven't mentioned ur age, anyway i am a girl and have weighed the same (+/- 2 Kgs.) since i was in 9th standard and it's been many years now. Though I have an ideal body sometimes i loose lil weight(due to some illness) and then i look really sick. so here's what i do and trust me it's very healthy, nutritious and easy way:
Banana shake 1 glass with breakfast and half a glass anytime during the day when u r hungry.
U should see the difference in about a month. Gaining weight will also add glow to ur face.
The above said solution will work wether ur m/f, veg/non-veg.
Also it's easy to make and will make u really healthy from inside.

I also had a high metabolism for years and weighed the same. Then I got married and had 2 (lovely) kids. Have put on 3 stone LOL It could be your age I couldnt put any weight on until I was about 20. I was underweight till I had children.

Well what helped me was eating a lot of ice cream and drinking milk before I went to bed. I also didn't eat right away during the daytime when I felt hungry. I would let myself feel hungry for a little bit. Then I would pig out. See if your body thinks you're starving it will slow your metabolism down so you'll store a little more fat. Lifting weights also helps.

I have the same problem. So did my mom and my grandma. My grandma said she drunk raw egg milkshakes (eggs, milk, and sugar or something) every morning for a while and gained 9 pounds. But I've never been THAT desperate.

To put on weight you need to consume more calories than you expend each day. You would just have to eat more high-calorie food.

Honestly, I wish I had your problem...most of us are trying to figure out how to lose it...

YOU DONT NEED TO GAIN WEIGHT OBVIOUSLY ITS A HEALTHY WEIGHT 4 U AND I WEIGH 110 AND ID DO ANYTHING TO WEIGH 102 AGAIN

Try eating pasta and More animal products.( Milk,eggs, cheese,....)
