Just state your ideology and start talking to people. Talk to friends, start a web site, maybe try to get people who are close you ideas to defect from other parties.

If you're here on Yahoo Answers trying to find an answer to that question, then you're clearly not enough of a "networking mover and shaker" to do the job.

Basically- if you have to ask- it's not for you.
