I have seen that film and the begining where Jimmy the Mod is walking away from the ciff is meant to be the ending (if u understand) does anyone esle know that, he NEVER went over the edge, he jumped off, am I right ???? who sang the song at the party MY GENERATION..what a tune :-)

Some films show the end first so that you can go if you do not like the film.See the film and hear the song don't go away.

As for the soundtrack then its ALL by THE WHO, they directed it aswell, the story is based loosely on Pete Townsends (guitarist) childhood.
I agree an absolute classic film and band, ive actually been to see them!
