Oh no!!! Are you serious? She had a wedding ceremony? I just saw a few days ago that Stern was saying he's the babies father, along with 3 other guys.I felt so bad for her son, when she had that pathetic show of hers on.And I was so shocked to hear he passed away at such a young age.I thought maybe the passing of her son would snap her into reality, but with what you say now,I just have to believe that she will never know what reality is.It's a shame, because she is absolutely gorgeous.Even without being all made up,she has a natural beauty.I'm afraid she is going to end up a Hollywood tragedy. She has so many addictions,I'm not to sure she couldn't drive a therapist insane.

Well, she got YOUR attention, didn't she? If you think people like that are silly and pathetic (and I do), why do you respond to the publicity instead of ignoring it?
While keeping up with Ms. Smith's latest exploits, you probably had to buy something and/or look at some ads. That's why publishers and broadcasters keep her in the spotlight---to make money. Not because they think her antics have any genuine meaning.
Meanwhile, we humans have this strange quirk: Just talking about famous people makes us feel sort of famous too. Goofy, isn't it? Otherwise, why should we really care about some disturbed, cosmetically-altered woman off in Texas or whatever?
It's show business. It's about making money. So don't get too carried away by all of it, okay? Your life is special enough. You don't need to inject artificial glamor into it.
Cheers, Ander

my guess is borderline personality disorder (BPD) coupled with bi-polar depression. (rapid cycler)
Sadly BPD is the most misunderstood of the personality disorders because this disorder and the client suffering SUFFERING from it responds so poorly to treatment, because there are not enough professionals with the expertise to treat this . Most often therapists end up blaming a client rather than admit they are either in over their heads and don't really know BPD, or abandon the client. It takes a very special person and years of study, empathy and compassion to work with BPD diagnosed clients, if sent to the wrong inexperienced or ignorant therapist a client can get even more screwed up alot of times ending up in suicide. Some psychotherapists and mostly all counselors (LCSW et al) (cause there IS a BIG difference between counseling and therapy) cannot even distinguish it from anti social personality disorder and consider it either as the same thing or misdiagnose it as anti social P.D. Some people mistakenly believe a BPD is violent, BPD clients usually are not and if they do they usually commit their violence only on themselves as self harm or by taking their own lives.

Sadness and denial=doing very stupid things in a time of grief.
Maybe this is like a nervous breakdown for her-marrying a "friend" that she has known for a long time because she hit rock bottom. I mean, with so many things on her mind, people do unimaginable things. I think she has shame-but, with her son dying in front of her three days after giving birth to her daughter-you do not know what to think since your world has been turned upside down.

She's trying to fill the void that her son's death left her in the heart, she should be left alone to mourn this pacefully, media is just ager to get her to the spotlight.

She is in denial and handling everything the best way she could. With her being famous, poor girl cant grieve properly. Give her a break.
