There are several options available to you:
1. use a dictionary. it is slow but you will learn the most by looking the words you want to look up.

2. http://www.babblefish.com/babblefish/freetranslation.htm
they have a free online translator. I'm sure there are others as well.

3. Purchase a translating program from amazon or bestbuy etc. These will have more precise translations then the above website.

4. Ask someone who speaks Spanish to translate for you. This will be the most accurate form of translation.

Hope this helps!
