Wheaties with a dash of real sugar and a sliced banana or raspberries.

Or oatmeal with those fixings. They're both quick, easy to prepare and will give you that slow burning fuel you need to get you through to lunch without getting hungry.

Morningstar Farms Veggie Sausage patty or an egg, english muffin with margarine and sugar-free jam, fat-free milk and fruit (berries or a small banana). And I've got to have my coffee!!

My wife fixes mr dry cheerios and grapes or whatever is on sale.
I don't like milk, so I eat them dry while I sip coffee and read the comics. I never realize what happened. Sometimes if I crave protein, I fix a one egg and cheese omlet with crackers and peanut butter
