Its quite heavy and not advised for men to have on a daily basis for reasons inappropriate to explain but a "date shake" is great.

For an 8 oz. glass, simply use 4-5 dates with milk and you have a healthy, energy and protein-full drink ready. Its however very warm in nutrition values therefore avoid recipe for daily use.

Gss as the others say dates is a perfect option .
For drinks u can melt some jaggery in water add lemon and salt as per taste and "Sabja", its very cooling, also chutney sandwich is a good option to go with it.

by simple u mean what?dont u wnna prepare ne thing,,,then dates r the best but they r not so filling....y dont u try some kabaabs?just marinade keema with chillies,soda bi carb,corriander,salt,red chilly powder,some chat masala,an a bread which is soaked in water n then water pressed out,,mash all this together,keep it aside or 3 or 4 hours,,then make small kabaabs n dip it in beaten egg roll them over bread crumbs n fry.....simple,,easy,,filling,,n tasty.......
