what do you do when u see a spider in your home.

I tend to flip out and use air freshener, perfume, etc. and just spray it until it stops moving. Sometimes I get shampoo, lotion, etc. and drown it.
My parents end up cleaning it up.

If I saw a spider in my house, I would yell for my wife to kill it. I'd be like"HEY! get that thing, before it eats me. You see I am scared of spiders more than most people, because I am allegic to them. Every time I get by a black widow, I get a crazy reaction and get placed in the hospital =)

Put a jar or a glass over top of it and then slip a piece of card stock or cardboard under the glass to pick up the spider. I then throw it out the door.

I identify the spider. If it is venomous or harmful to me I give it the option to "go away or die". If it doesn't leave, smoooosh. If it is a beneficial, hunter of harmful spiders I let it be.
Main point here is to become familiar with our arachnid friends, good spiders live, bad spiders die. (All jumping spiders are good, won't bite humans, and voracious predators of harmful creatures.) Most are not aggressive and rid your abode of lots of unwanted creepy-crawlies.

Put it outside, or leave it alone, depending on the type and where it is. Spiders are fascinating and help rid your home of other insects. Learn to respect them, not fear them.

I don't kill it, they say that spider brings money in your home, so if you kill it it brings some accident.

well you can get a paper towel and kill it, but what would be nicer if u got a towel and picked it up and put it outside! or asked someone to do it for u!

Drop a dictionary on it...I can't stand the crunching sensation when I step on them.
