Yes! RUN! Warn others of this sense of impending doom that you feel.!Start running door to door, pounding and knocking until the unwitting residents answer with a blank stare and youll' wipe those daft, uncomprehending expressions right off their faces by yelling"run, run save yourselves , for concentrated chaos is after you,(brand name evil), run for your lives for you will all surely die in some fiery hell - get out while there is still time!-hiiide!- It's coming to get ----- YOU!" Then just as soon as they release you from the psych ward let me know how it went. Or you could just switch to decaf. Worked for me!.

I read a book by sebastian faulkes called human traces a novel about the start of psychiatry. the original pioneers thought that there was something in the process of humanising and getting enlarged brains that meant some of us were paying heavily for the self awareness- I think the fear of fear has no function, and their explanation the most logical I have heard just an evolutionary blip like dodo's. when you consider that 1 in 4 of us at any one time has a mental health problem - not being able to cope with our own minds -then we would seem rather a mistake

You have nothing to fear. Fear is not relative. And FDR couldn't run - he was in a wheelchair - I think. Anyway, he's dead.
