I have a sex problem. My husband and I used the pull out method of birth control for 8 out 9 years of marriage. He recently had a vascetomy, because we are done having kids. My problem is that this elimates the need to pull out and leaves a deposit, I'm not used to. How do I eliminate moisture issues afterwards? (yes I clean up and use the ladys room after)

I have had this problem also. I find even after washing and urinating I still feel icky. I use douche sometimes but they say that can be harmful. There are many feminine products I have tried and the vagisil intimate body wash seems to help but until the next day shower nothing seems to make you feel completely clean. I find that being honest with your husband and letting him know this is an issue and ask him if he could still pull out he would be understanding.Did you also know that after a vasectomy for a few months you could still get pregnant?

Take a shower, that way you'll feel fresh, then use a panty liner. It has to go somewhere, and it's only going to come out of you. Personally, I go to the bathroom after and clean up, put a little powder on to make it not FEEL like there's moisture, then when i feel it leaking, I just go to the bathroom again. No biggie....besides, as for tmi, I love the smell of him, so I guess it doesn't bother me as much....we usually have sex at night anyways so I shower in the morning. and yes I agree, a tampon is NOT a good idea.

I think you can't really, unless you wear a pantyliner. It isn't so bad at night if you go to sleep afterward. This is going to sound silly but I usually just sit on the toilet and try and "push" or let it run out. Sorry kinda gross!!!LOL

Oh and I wouldn't use a tampon because you really shouldn't unless it is your period. You could end up wearing them everyday! Which would up your chance for TSS

I look forward to your replies, too. What I currently do is I wear panty-liners after I get cleaned up. I hate how the theory of relativity applies to EVERYTHING, even this. What goes up, does indeed, go down.
