I have a great Idea for a film which I'm sure needs to be turned out as a book first, but i'm hopeless at writing is there anyone out there who would like a partnership - my ideas and their writing? my idea centres around the near future so a good scifi writer would be needed.

I would reccomend going to a creative writting class - if you don't improve your own writting enough doubtless you will meet someone there good enough.

If you are just looking for someone who can write, I could help. Editing is my forte, but I also write. I know quite a bit about publishing and magazines. I'm not a businessman, though. HA. Good luck with that. There are THOUSANDS of VERY talented writers who have good books already written who cant get published...why share their profits with someone who is ONLY going to give them the idea?
And FYI, of all the books out there, maybe 20% get optioned for movies-- and of that 20%, about 5% get actually MADE into movies.
