do not worry at all. the culdesac is the area behind the uterus. it is very common for women to have fluid there from a variety of reasons. if on your period, or a little ovarian cysts ruptures..lots of causes. however, if you have other things on the ct like ovarian tumors then you might also see culdesac fluid. if the only abnormality was culdesac fluid then dont even think about it any longer.

What is a culdusac? I live on a cul-de-sac, but I've never heard of one in the body?
