I'd leave that one to the "teenage secret" closet!
You'd have to get over the guilt that you are feeling though! If you feel close enough to your Mom, explain the situation is making you uncomfortable and tell her what happened and why you went over there.
Mom's are more surprised to have you open up to them than they are that your lied or snuck behind there backs. I think she'll understand!

Go ahead and tell her. It can help you build some trust between you and your mom, and as you move along through life that can come in VERY handy! Besides, like you said, nothing happened. Nothing to hide!

you should tell her because it's going to come out sooner or later. plus it's not your boyfriend for your mom to worry. just talk to her calmly and explain to her what happened and try not to lie to your mom next time because you need to know that your mom trusts you so in the future you can do what you want and how you want it. So tell your mom.

Trust me your mom doesn't want to know everything and she shouldn't need to. Don't tell on yourself, nothing happened so there is no problems.
