During the last election, I believe, there was tongue-in-cheek talk about the US being divided into the United Socialist States of America and Jesus Land. If this really happened, where would you want to live? USSA or Jesus Land?

I'm in a red state darlin'. Which makes me wonder who decided the Democrats get blue. Like you say it's divided into the USSA and Jesus Land. Now in the Past Communists and Socialists were called Reds (Because of their red flags). And since the Democratic party definitly has more socialist ideas than Republicans shouldn't the states they won be the red states?

USSA as I would continue having the freedoms to do as I wish and say as I pleased-whereas in Jesus Land every law would be based on some fundamentalist christian's view of what the world should be like. It really comes down to the difference between living in post-WW2, pre Reagan USA(USSA) or Italy under Mussolini(Jesus Land). Doesn't seem like much of a choice to me, but I suppose that most fundamentalist christians already live a life extremely limited by strict codes and under constant scrutiny. Besides, they gave up all of their freedom long ago when they decided to become evangelists, episcopalians, and apostolics.

I would not live in the Buy-Bull Noose. After the 2006 elections, those states still left in the Bush red column, should break away form a new nation and call it Dumbphuckistan
