I can't say that I have any particular favorite at the moment. I do like the prospects of China and India for the next 20 years. CHL and SAY are representative investments in theat area. In the U S market, MMM and JNJ are very cheap relative to their historic norms. Technically, they are not very attractive however.

Long term - gold.
Why? Because our government continues to spend much more than it takes in and our trade deficits continue to grow, we will continue to fight inflationary pressures that will continue to erode the value of the dollar - that translates to an increase in gold prices over the long term.
