Not fairy tales, but nursery rhymes are full of political and religious satire. Mary Mary Quiet Contrary is about Mary Tudor. Ring around the rosy is about the black plague....

None that I know of and the Witch and the Wardrobe is not a fairy tale, it's a children's novel. And Disney did not write any fairy tales and the Smurfs is a cartoon show.
