The actor was looking in his closet carressing his friends jacket and then he looked at the photo of brokeback mountain and said something which at this point all I heard were the last 2 words which were, I SWEAR ......I have played the movie back 5 or 6 times and this was all I got . I also asked 2 other people and they also said they couldnt hear the whole sentence. thanks

He says, "Jack, I swear". This is just after he agreed to go to his daughter's wedding, knowing that it will cost him his job. Earlier in the story, he refused to give up his job to spend time with Jack. He's learned his lesson now about what's really important, and I think he's saying to Jack that he really loved him, he just didn't realize how precious their time together was.
