Pamela. Carmen didn't seem to go overboard as much with her enlargement.
I saw this a while ago in a magazine...it was a pic of Pamela before she had any kind of surgery done. She looked so pretty! Her face was so sweet looking and now she just looks like a fried Barbie doll. Fried meaning, her makeup looks like it was singed on her face and her skin looks really oily.

Pam did, but she underwent a reduction.
So my guess is that Carmen & Pam are about equal.
Several different web sites list the following stats:
Pam - 36"DDD
Carmen - 36" DD
So, Pam is probably fuller in circumference.

Caremen is definitely the better looking one; but there is something to be said for a little mystery.
when you can tell they are fake and there is stretching from the implants it makes my tummy hurt it looks painful

Who has the biggest FAKE boobs? I believe Pamela, they look soooooooo nasty. And it looks so funny on her, because her asss is as flat as a damn pancake. She might as well also gotten butt implants. Maybe her body wouldn't look that ******* up. Fake boobs are so damn nasty, why would any woman get them?

Pam's are bigger, but she's looks trampy and nasty.
Carmen's are nicely done - not too big and not trashy-looking.
