Hi,

Even if i am not a man but a woman. I think the reason why you may have grey at this age, may be caused because by stress in your life or even could be the genetics or in some case may also be your diet. Reduce your level of stress and eat healthier, lots of fruits and veggis

Normal for a lot of guys, around that age. I am in my upper 40's and my beard has turned almost all gray, and about 50/50 on my head. Just happens to some guys earlier than others; my older brother has almost no gray hair on his head, which really annoys me since I now look older than him.

Some men and women begin to get gray even earlier than 35. If you have a few, it probably looks good. Don't get too worried about it.
