If you feel he's trying to use you , he is. Go with that gut feeling, your instinct. 9 times out of 10 it's right.

Using you and not noticing you are 2 different things.
A man uses you when:
-You have no money because he spent it all
-He wants more than you're willing to give, so he takes it anyway
-He's cheating on you, maybe for sex, love, or money, but does it really matter what for because he's CHEATING!
A man may seem to notice you only when others are paying attention because:
-He's mostly afraid that if he doesn't act, he'll lose you and by you wandering away with someone else, it's the only time he's been scared of losing you. That's not such a bad thing unless it happens more than once.
-People gravitate where other people are. If more people are in your corner, he'll go there too.
Hope that helps!

I'm a bit confused as to how a man using you and a man noticing you are in common or somehow connected. A man that has never noticed you before may be checking you out now because you have mad a positive change to your look that has him interested. A man that is trying to use you will be obvious!!!

What is the deal with people not using spell check? Is it really that hard to use? Come on. Men notice you when others do because it gives them more of a challenge.

Men really like to fight over girls...they just love competition. And all too often girls are like trophies. Winning the contest is what's important, not the prize itself. So if they're fighting, I would back away from all of them for awhile. If a guy really likes you, he'll show you when no one is watching.

well, did he have a reason to notice you before? There must be some reason that everyone started to, did you suddenly start to develop physically? Or did you win a million dollars?

It's a safe bet in today's world that he is. The evidence would be that he would try to have sex with you, not being married, and that applies to 99.9 per cent. Favorable odds for betting yes.

He says "Hello" or anything else. Seriously, it sounds like he's a waste of your time. Find one that deserves your company. But it could be possible that he did like you but was afraid to ask and the competition forced him to it
