Hire more cashiers. Sometimes I spend more time in line than in the store.

Home office. They keep coming up with these bright and wonderful ideas. I wonder if they want to put the company in the ground. As far as the cashier problem, here is how it goes. They allot, let say, 500 hours for cashiers. That means between all the shifts and all the cashiers, they have to spit that amount. Once all the hours are used, they cannot schedule more cashiers. The allotment of hours is based on the previous years sales and the predicted sales for this year. They don't take into consideration any other variables in the community. So, 500 hours is all you have to work with. They can't give more 'cuz that would cut into their profit.

More cashiers...lines are too long
More help on the "returns" desk...lines too long there also..
Wider isles...I'm always knocking stuff off the racks because they are too close to each other.
Cleaner parking lots...more trash bins. It looks like people clean out the trash from their cars and dump stuff in the lot.

I would kindly ask Mr. Wal-mart to please quit moving things around....keep them where they are instead of every three weeks they decide to rearrange the store..I think it is a conspiracy to drive me crazy. Or to shop at KMart....I'm joking, Mr. wal-mart...I couldn't shop at KMart....

Have more express lines, different merchandise, and add another restaurant chain in the store (like pizza) =)

Huge profit sharing for employees, and hiring real cleaning services to clean their stores.

Limit the # of dimwits aloud in there at 1 time. I hate walmart.
I hate the customers at walmart who just linger infront of you w/ their cart so you can't get past!
