It's a matter of moving your body. If you are home with toddlers, get down and actually play with them. Chase them, dance with them, roll on the floor with them etc. You can also change your attitude about household chores. Scrubbing the floors and dusting the furniture can be a great workout. Use your imagination and have fun.

3. eat good breakfast. have one fruit a day. have milk and drink lots of water.
4. remove mind from all the tension of the life. without peace at mind your body cannot be fit.

Eat Healthy! Try not to over do it on fats and carbs. Limit yourself two only two carb servings a day. One piece of bread is a serving. Workout. If you need to lose a lot of weight start off with at 40 mins of cardio 3 times a week. I like to add toning exercises like yoga or pilates. If your a little thinner and just looking to tone, try small weights and pilates. Pilates is amazing for dancers to stay fit!

Walking is easy, great for any body shape, and gets you outside. One half hour a day is all most need. Of course, when it gets colder, there's a lot of great excercise video tapes out there for any kind of physical activity you like. Enjoy!

dont get stresses cause stress causes wrinkels and fat lol and walk to the deli or something and get a diet soda or snapple then do yago if u have io on demand then rent it its free or go clubin wit friends and dance that burns calories or have sex thats like 360 and hour i think

on comcast you can order any type of exersice show - pilates, yoga , hiphop, cardio eat well drink your8-10 glasses of water
go for walks or jogs and buy a small set of weights
