Last night I remember having slight cramping ( but I was stil asleep) I am a light sleeper so I think it was bad cramping it would have woken me up completely. I'm wondering what it could have been, I have no bleeding or issues today. How far along can you get braxton hicks contractions? And what do they feel like. Should I be concerened? I have no bleeding. Has anyone else had this happen?

I'm about 19 weeks and I've had those pains too. Mostly I will find that I am lying in a little strange position and I can feel what I'm pretty sure is just normal uterus stretching. It really seems like my uterus doubled in size from 16 weeks to now so there is a lot of movement going on, even when you don't realise it. If you have pain that feels like menstrual cramps and lasts more than an hour, you should def. call your doctor, but otherwise, it's probably normal. :)

Hey Momie 2 bee....Well I guess you can have cramping at any stage of pregnancy. Could have been the Braxton Hicks, but check with your doctor if it really poses a concern .
Okay God bless!

Your uterus is stretching and you will feel some cramping especially when you lay down or relax. Talk to your doctor about it, but I don't think it's a big deal. Congrats on the little bundle of joy.

Too early for braxton hicks should to me like Round Ligament Pain. I had the same thing and thats what my ob/gyn told me it was.
