Virus or Spyware most probably. Also if you downloaded any of those free cursors available over the net, they are bound to freeze and annoy and distract and destroy and corrupt..................

Which browser? Does the cursor only freeze when the browser is opened? You might need to check for updates and/or patches to your browser. You also might need to check for viruses and/or spyware.

Likely you have too many programs open and it runs out of memory. Possibly you need to reinstall the mouse driver.

Must be a Toshiba. I'm on hold with them as I type this. Laptop probs are great!!!! My boss's doesn't work either.
