Which browser? Does the cursor only freeze when the browser is opened? You might need to check for updates and/or patches to your browser. You also might need to check for viruses and/or spyware.

Likely you have too many programs open and it runs out of memory. Possibly you need to reinstall the mouse driver.

Must be a Toshiba. I'm on hold with them as I type this. Laptop probs are great!!!! My boss's doesn't work either.
