Most rental car companies have a minimum age of 25 for renting a vehicle, but will rent to someone younger for an additional charge.

AT 19 years of age, few companies will rent you a car
Try AVIS, Budget and Enterprise.
Be sure to ask what additional charges you will incur,due to your age

A 19 year old is not a "Minor". 18 is legal age in the US for most things.

'Enterprise" they are great. I used them when i went to L.A. and was only 20
