And what and/or how did you feel about it?

I have, since I have been married had fantasies about my ex. I felt guilty at first, but I did nothing wrong..... so I decided to confide in my husband. He is a very understanding man and helped me work through some past issues I have had. He has made it very clear that I should not feel ashamed for having a fantasy about someone else.

Since this time, there has been one other guy and a few women, and I have shared this with my husband as well.

I see nothing wrong with thinking or dreaming about someone. There is no crossing of a line, no breaking of a vow or commitment. Just because you are with someone doesn't mean that you shouldn't be able to appreciate the human form and beauty of others!

Yes, every once in a while, I have hot dreams about my ex. I do not like to have them, but they happen. I feel guilty when I wake up with serious wood and my wife gets all excited about it and I know it was because I was just dreaming about my ex. It happens a lot less now than it use to, but still every 3-4 weeks I will have one...

Most people dream of the ex-lover/ex-by other than own spouse. Why? It may be because due to some agrument, discontent or things that happens not so cheerfully. But again, this is normal.

I have had dreams about ex's and also men I do not even know or ever seen before. My fiance' has also admitted to me he has had dreams of other women he does not know as well. I don't know what it means except maybe the mind randomly putting things together?
I wouldn't worry or make anything of it.

Yes. Slight confusion is how I feel. Dreams are just a conglomeration of random pieces of information about daily events that spin around in the blender of your brain.

There is nothing wrong with dreaming about someone else. I dream about Shania all the time. LOL
Dreams are part of your life, now if you act upon them that is something different.

I have. I don't think anything of it. Its a dream. Just because you act on something in a dream doesn't mean it will become reality. Enjoy it.

Yes, all the time... I have lots of dreams... I don't feel in any particular way about it, dreams are a biological function.

That happens to me once in a while. I like it. I can't (and won't) do it in real life, but there's nothing wrong with doing it in a dream.
