Rapper go bling because they have manifested a certain life style.. They rap about things that limited minds can only view.. This is how you have bling bling in the hood. It's because the dont see nice neighborhood in their heads.. They only see the diamonds on people hands and the cars that come around the hood..
Rapper go bling because it's encouraged by the industry and the market place.. It allows the rappers to put value into something otherwise meaningless.. --- I hope this helps

There will be "haters" who will be jealous, no doubt, but this is actually how it is in the "hood". There are the drug dealers who go around in their Mercedes, hanging out in the projects, wearing Rolexes and diamonds, just like in the video. I think these rappers are just products of their environment and most of them come from the "hood" so they have the "hood" mentality. Not all rappers do this, though. Kanye, Common, Talib & Kweli are a few who don't "go bling."

They have lots and lots of money and no class or tatse whatsoever.
I think that's the worst God's given punsihment for any one. Give them money but no class or tatse...got it?
Not only rappers, country singers, reguetoners, rockers
That's why Cadillac and Lincoln are tasteless, tacky cars that go so well with all that bling and diamonds....driving around a poor, maginated neighboorhood

Why should it piss anyone off? Everyone is where they are in the world due to choices they've made. So if poor folks get mad when they see bling bling, they're only mad at themselves because they can't have it. It's each individuals choice what they do in life, so instead of being jealous of others, they should be happy for them for making something of themselves!

Its all part the giant d*ck measuring contest that we know as Hollywood. You have to figure, these scumbags grew up in the poor parts of the ghetto(or so they claim) and so when their buddies get famous and drag them along for the ride its time to spend money. Its how scumbags are, theres no changing nature. Its complete bullsh*t, theyre either drug dealers or welfare bums that end up with a record, they then blow all of their money on random horsesh*t like Siberian Tigers and Teeth made out of Iridium, lol. Its no skin off my ***.

you obviously have no knowledge on the hip hop history..and if you don't care enough to do your research don't ask these questions
those "rappers" that you see in those videos driving a fancy car in a "poor neighborhood" used to live in areas like that and to them is a symbol of rising above the system and making something of themselves ..think about it Lil kids and others will look up to them and want to be someone..now don't get me wrong I don't agree how hip hop took a turn but you didn't even consider the good points..

because they like it....plain and simple. its not just rappers. u see many celebs who ride expensive cars, pay $1,000 for a purse, buy like 3 mansions, why just say its rappers? they non-famous people can react the way they want, personally i just think thats what they deserve. they work for the money, they buy the stuff they want....
