Can Lilac bushes be kept inside? Will the fll leafing out affect it's health nd survival?

No, lilacs need to go to sleep for the winter, so you would be best to put it back outside. If you leave it in a pot, you will need to protect the roots by either sinking the pot into the gound, mulching the pot or putting it in a larger pot that will prevent freezing - IF, freezing is an issue where you live.
