Miami is really cheap this time of year. Try the southbeachgroup.com hotels - its about $100 per night right now, plus free shuttle service to/from Miami airport. I'm not sure how much the flight would be, but I booked a Continental flight from Newark, NJ for less than $250.

You shouldn't! Spend that $1000 to start your own business, establish for yourself an income-generating asset, and then when you start having rivers of $1000 flowing into your bank account you can go on vacation. Well, it depends on your hobby...but since you have a limited financial, I recommend you to visit several places nearby your country, or if you like to you can determine certainly country that you like to visite to with a companion who can be your guide, so that you can have so much fun with a good financial management. buy a egg sammich and walk around the city till dark, get in a cab and tell the driver, $300 journey please, when driver says, ats yer ride mate, ask him to take you home, got any change? Buy a meal for a stranger or a homeless person.
