This is a difficult to answer, but if you are right then you should hold your ground. However you must not get angry or get into a shouting match, because as soon as you do, you lose. Each situation is different and there may be a difference of opinion as how some is to be done, due to a different person doing the training. Do not be afraid to go and ask the boss how you are doing and be open to there answer, ask questions and correct or change your way of doing things. Do not argue, and be prepared to hear things that you may not agree with. I t may not be easy, but if they fire you, oh well, you were looking for a job when you found this one.

The person is creating a "hostile work environment". The boss should be made aware and have the opportunity to correct the situation before someone files a complaint.

As management, s/he could be accused of "knowing or should have known" about the situation and failed to correct it.

As a responsible employee you have the obligation to protect the boss (unless of course, s/he is the porblem, then go to his/her boss).
