I wanna buy a car here in Virginia and I wanna use my California drivers license to do it , please help me with accurate answers thank u

Yep.
Doesnt matter about buying it, only matters about 1) Financing it and 2) registering it. And when I say that, I am referring to where the bill for the loan would be sent to, and where you plan to register it. If you have a Cali license in WV, even that doesnt matter. Some states will make you change your license eventually, but it doesnt effect the purchase or registration.

I am speaking from experience, being in the military and afterwards. My first car was bought and registered in California while I had a Nevada license. And My current vehicle is registered in bought from Florida, registered in Mississippi and I had a NY license.

Usually it takes some form of currency to buy a vehicle, like money or credit.

Seriously though it should be no problem. The state of Virginia trusts that the state of California believes enough in your driving abilities to let you have that license.

Why not. The only ones who care will be the state that you live in which might want to collect sales tax when you register it there.
