Checked for virus and spyware more than 10 times, using LAN port with a 256 ADSL , my sent packets are way more than recieved , since my internet connection is slow , my provider tells me that something is wrong with my PC, my firewalls don't show anything unsual (Zonealarm, AVG firewall ) . I think there must be something wrong with my PC, can you help me ?

When you see a significant amount of outbound traffic as opposed to inbound, it could be a sign of either spyware or virus activity. run your antivirus and spyware programs and see if you find anything, your pc is putting too many cars on the highway and making a traffic jam, slowing you down

You should also check the browser you are using for surfing the internet, try surfing with different browsers. The new Netscape 8.1 browser for example, does lots of update checking (every hour) and it looks like it never stops sending/receiving data.
Also, look for the programs that need constant updating like messanger, weather, news etc.
