What's the difference?

Molestation is improperly touching someone in private areas. Sexual assualt is when violent sexual actions, such as rape, are perpetrated on someone.

Those poor girls! I feel so bad for them and their families. Yes, praying for them is good. So is sending Angels to them.

There seems to be more and more moral depravity in our society. I used to think that we just heard about it more, with the advent of media coverage. Now, I realize that people are really "falling out of their trees."

It depends on how the law statutes are written up in Colorado. Sexual assault usually includes everything from unwanted touching of the female breast, male/female genitalia and anus to sexual penetration. Perhaps, in Colorado molestation refers to unwanted touching of other body parts.
